No. Most clients are high functioning professionals running extreme pressure rather than people with a clinical diagnosis. If clinical concerns come up, Nicky will raise them honestly on the Reset Call.

Rewire Coaching is the core depth programme. Executive Coaching is a specific framing for senior leaders and corporate engagements. Most executive clients still work inside the Rewire Method. The Reset Call confirms the right framing for you.

Are sessions online or in person
Most one to one work is delivered online, which means Nicky works with leaders across the UK and internationally. In person work is available for select programmes and corporate engagements.

Yes, strictly. Even when an employer is sponsoring the work, confidentiality is held between Nicky and the client.
