How Nicky got here
A practitioner who has lived the pattern she now rewires
Nicky Anstey is a multi award-winning Executive Psychotherapist and Business Performance Coach with more than 15 years of practice and over 1,000 clients worked with. Her practice exists because she walked the pattern her clients walk now. Severe burnout during a corporate career. Significant personal and health challenges. The version of success she had been chasing was no longer worth the cost. What she built afterwards became the Rewire Method, the integrated process she uses with every client today.

By the time Nicky herself was running on empty, she had read the books, done the courses, tried the strategies. None of it moved the underlying pattern.
