Rewire Coaching is the trademarked one to one programme built on the Rewire Method. It integrates five disciplines into one structured approach: psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, NLP, executive and business performance coaching, and performance nutrition.
Most coaching and most therapy uses one or two of these at most. The Rewire Method uses all five, sequenced to the individual, to create change that lasts.

The Process
The Three Stages of Rewiring
Behind every Rewire Coaching programme is a three stage process. This is how deep, lasting change actually happens.
- Stage 1. Reveal the pattern. Using psychotherapy, NLP and performance diagnostics to name the exact pattern driving the pressure, where it came from, and why it is still running.
- Stage 2. Rewire the root. Using hypnotherapy, NLP and psychotherapeutic techniques to rewire the unconscious belief or pattern. The old response loses its charge.
- Stage 3. Rebuild in real life. Using business performance coaching and performance nutrition to rebuild your working life, your energy and your leadership around the new pattern.
