Severe burnout. Serious personal and health challenges. That was not the end of the story. It was the start of the work that became the Rewire Method.
From Burnout to a Body of Work
The Rewire Method is the work she wishes she had been able to access herself.
After her own experience, Nicky trained, qualified and kept training. She studied neuroscience. She qualified as a Master NLP Coach, Master Hypnotherapist, Master Life and Business Coach, and a psychotherapist. She trained as a Registered Nutritionist aligned with medicine, because sustainable performance is a physiological question as well as a psychological one.
What emerged over more than 15 years of practice, and more than 1,000 clients, was a single integrated process. Nicky trademarked it as the Rewire Method.
